Health & Wellness at Four Freedoms Park

Join us for two health and wellness programs at the Park this spring and summer:


Tai Chi & Martial Arts

 April 6 - September 28
Suggested donation $5, members free

Tai Chi, Mondays at 10:15am

This class promotes focus, discipline, health and well-being. Participants will learn basic techniques, while increasing their balance, circulation, flexibility, and energy. 
Spring (six weeks):
April 6, 13, 20, 27; May 4, 11
Fall (four weeks):
August 31; September 14, 21, 28

Little Dragons Tang Soo Do, 
Mondays at 4:15Pm

Along with their caregivers, children ages 12 and under are invited to learn Tang Soo Do techniques, increasing their flexibility, strength, memory, and coordination. 
Spring (six weeks): 
June 8, 15, 22, 29; July 6, 13
Fall (four weeks):
August 10, 17, 24, 31



Adult & Family Yoga

Wednesdays - Saturdays 
May 6 - September 5*
Suggested donation $5, members free
Bring your own mat. 

Wednesdays at 10:15am

Adult yoga with Lauren. Vinyasa class appropriate for all levels. 

Thursdays at 4:15pm 

Kids & Family yoga with Jax. With caregivers, children ages 4-7.

Fridays at 6pm

Adult yoga with Keren. Hatha class appropriate for all levels. 

Saturdays at 10am

Adult yoga with Jax. Class focusing on the core, appropriate for all levels.
