We are the Bloomberg Philanthropies Summer 2018 Interns! The program offers us an opportunity to enhance our skills in the arts through field trips, exhibits, group activities, and interning at different institutions. The three of us will be working at the Four Freedoms Park and we are excited to get started! Read our bios below and follow us all summer long on social media via our hashtag (#fourfreedomsinterns2018)

My name is Kèrna (Kenna) Numa and I’ll be interning at the Four Freedoms Park Conservancy for the summer of 2018. I am located in Queens Village, New York, and I am interested in film making, music production and editing. I am an uprising senior at Thomas A Edison CTE High School. I am very excited to bring my creativity into my workspace as well as enhance my skills within the arts! When I’m not interning, I like to spend time building a platform for my youtube.

My name is Sarveshwar Shivakumar and I am very excited to be working at the Four Freedoms Park Conservancy as part of the Bloomberg Internship Program! Currently, I attend Academy for Careers in Television and Film, which is a High School located in Long Island City, Queens. In my free time, I like to travel all around the city and make short films as well as doing still photography. I’m sure this will be an awesome summer working at the Four Freedoms Park!

My name is Anthony Vallejo and I'm excited to be a part of the Four Freedoms Park Conservancy as an intern. I am a rising senior and I attend Thomas A. Edison High School in Jamaica, Queens. In my free time I enjoy making videos, editing, and playing soccer. I love history and how it always shifts from event to event. I consider myself a resilient person who is always in constant search for improvement.
